Looking Beneath the Surface: How Airborne Geophysics Reveals the Hidden Earth
The Earth's surface tells only a small part of the geological story. Beneath mountains, deserts, sedimentary basins, and volcanic terrains lies a complex world of structures, faults, aquifers, and rock formations that cannot be observed directly. Understanding these hidden features has always been one of the greatest challenges in Earth science. Modern airborne geophysical surveys have transformed our ability to investigate the subsurface.
